Description

Notable for documenting a reverse die change mid-production, this VarietyVista-recorded 1933-D Lincoln Wheat Cent RPM-002 features the distinctive detail that the secondary mintmark appears outside the loop of the primary D. Die markers span two pairings: UVC-1074 / DMR-003 covers Stage A at EDS (unconfirmed) and Stage B with strong secondary mintmark outside the loop at MDS and reverse at LDS. Then UVC-2554 / DMR-004 covers Stage C with medium secondary mintmark outside the loop at LMDS and reverse die changed to MDS. Stage D shows a weak secondary mintmark outside the loop at LDS and reverse at LDS. The outside-the-loop position is explicitly tracked across all stages, providing a consistent reference point.
