=1886-P VAM-5 Doubled 18= Discovered by George Mallis, July 1964. Revised 2010. 5 (revised) III2 5-C3a (Doubled 18, Polished Bar 6) (190) Obverse III2 5 - 18 in date doubled. 1 doubled as line under top crossbar and projecting out from stem. Both 8 loops double at top inside. Closed 6 variety. Polished bar at lower inside of 6 upper loops, most visible on EDS. DPIS - ;Emission Sequence :Obverse: :Reverse: Comments: # Note that EDS specimens (particularly prooflikes) can easily be misattributed as 1886-P VAM-1A.
