1878-P VAM-8 Stick Feather 8TF Discovered by Paul Williams, August 1966. This coin is a Hot 50 Morgan VAM '''8 I27 A1g (Doubled Reverse) (180) ''' '''Obverse I 27''' - Doubled E PLUR of the motto on the left side and top of the letters. All stars on left doubled. Slightly doubled 87 in date with 8 doubled at bottom inside of lower loop and 7 doubled on left side of vertical shaft. '''Reverse A1g''' - Doubled left side, top and bottom including legend, wreath, star,and wing tip. Top of UNITED tripled. Wreath to left of ribbon bow heavily polished with parts of leaves missing. Two small feathers added on eagle's right and one long one on eagle's left side between leg and bottom of wing.
