The Comic Art Coin and Medal Collection is a multi-year collaboration between the United States Mint and Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products, featuring iconic DC Comics superheroes rendered in distinctive comic book illustration style. Launched in 2025, the program offers each character across multiple formats including half-ounce .9999 fine gold proof $50 coins struck at West Point, 2.5-ounce and one-ounce .999 fine silver medals struck at Philadelphia, and clad medal sets. The inaugural 2025 series features Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman. The 2026 series introduces Supergirl, Robin, and Green Lantern. The Flash, Batgirl, and Aquaman are scheduled for 2027. Each character's design is created in a bold comic art style and carried consistently across all product formats, creating a visually unified collection that appeals to numismatists, bullion collectors, and DC Comics fans alike.
