Description
Light doubling shows on the top of the right side of the ribbon. Die Markers: Obverse: The obverse is a doubled die listed in the Wexler files as 2025 1¢ WDDO-011. A diagonal die crack shows on the eyebrow. A die gouge (dot) shows behind Lincoln’s neck. A series of about vertical die scratches run through the letters TY in LIBERTY. Light diagonal die scratches run through the upper right edge of the W in WE. A series of diagonal die scratches run through the letters RUS in TRUST. A die gouge shows above the S in TRUST. Reverse: A light die scratch is present running diagonally from T in UNITED to the rim. A vertical die gouge shows at the rim between and above the ED in UNITED. A die gouge shows at the rim northeast of the last S in STATES. A die gouge shows at the rim above and between the A and M in AMERICA. A pre-die chip depression shows on the upper left shield edge above the first U in PLURIBUS. A die gouge and diagonal die scratch show above the B in PLURIBUS.
