Description
Doubling shows on the right edge of the Y in LIBERTY and along the lower edge of the ear. Die Markers: Obverse: A die gouge (dot) shows along the southwest edge of the O in GOD. A die gouge (dot) shows below the right arm of the R in TRUST. A series of die flow lines show on Lincoln’s lower jacket. Reverse: A tiny die gouge (dot) shows on an upper shield strip below the first U in UNUM. A series of die gouges (dots) show above and right of the O in ONE. A diagonal die gouge shows below the left edge of the right ribbon curl above the T in CENT. A small die gouge shows on the lower left edge of the L in LB initials. Submitted By: Steven J. Two die chips and associated die cracks show on the upper left shield edge above PLU in PLURIBUS. A series of die gouges show inside the opening of the O in ONE.
