Description
2021-P WC VDDR-005 is a doubled die reverse on the 2021-P Washington Crossing the Delaware quarter, cataloged by VarietyVista, which also gives it as 5-R-VIII. A light spread to the northwest shows up as an extra lower edge to Washington's cuff. Robert Umbarger reported it to VarietyVista. VarietyVista's die-stage chart marks Stage A (early die state) as unconfirmed. At Stage B the reverse is in early middle die state, and a die chip sits on the back of the bust, also early middle die state. Stage C (late die state) is unconfirmed.
