2017 (P) Roosevelt Dime - Doubled Die Reverse DDR-001

Description

Recorded as the first cataloged doubled die reverse for the 2017 Roosevelt dime, DDR-001 exhibits a light spread on the upper right central olive leaf in the lower right leaf cluster. VarietyVista has assigned this variety UVC and DMR codes that remain pending final assignment. Three die stages have been identified: Stage A is unconfirmed at early die state; Stage B reaches mid-die state, showing a die crack extending from the bottom of the torch along with a die chip on Roosevelt's cheek; and Stage C remains unconfirmed at late die state.
