Description
2013 WDDO-011 is a doubled die obverse on the 2013 Lincoln Shield cent, cataloged by the Wexler team. The date shows strong extra thickness, with notches at the lower left of the 2 and of the 1. The ERTY in LIBERTY is notched at the lower left as well. Wexler notes no obverse markers. On the reverse, a crack follows the top of the shield's left side, and a large chip sits on it above the LU of PLURIBUS. Joseph Koelling submitted the variety. Its Coppercoins number is 2013P-1DO-008.
