Description
2005-P OR WDDR-009 is a doubled die reverse on the 2005-P Oregon state quarter, cataloged by the Wexler team. The doubling is under the right end of Wizard Island. On the obverse, a strong horizontal scratch lies inside the O of OF at its top, and a scratch sits inside the A of QUARTER, up high. Reverse markers: a gouge left of the tree that stands north of the date's 2; a small gouge left of the base of the left tall tree; and a gouge in the field between the two tall trees' lower branches. Kenneth Russell submitted the variety. CONECA lists it as 11-R-VIII.
