This variety was discovered on the 1995 (P) Lincoln Memorial Cent, part of the Lincoln Memorial Cents 1959-2008 series. Die markers: Stage “C”, Obverse is LDS – Light die scratches run NE-SW throughout the obverse. Reverse is LDS – Die damage runs  southeast from the rim through ‘OF’ and the last memorial bay.  Die scratches from the memorial base to O of ONE.
