Description

Light trail lines are seen form the IBE of LIBERTY. The offset direction is 270 degrees. DIE MARKERS : Stage “D “, obverse is VLDS – a die dot is seen in the upper loop of the B in LIBERTY. A die dent, caused by a “ struck through a foreign object ” is seen through the T of LIBERTY. A die dot is on the outside of the upper loop of the first 9 digit in the date. Reverse is VLDS – a die chip is seen the on left side of the T in CENT
