Description

D/D Tilted (shows to the West of the lower serif) Die Markers: Obverse: Die scratches running NNW under chin and behind Lincoln’s head, neck, and back. Light concentric die scratch under VDB near rim. Two heavy die gouges at rim between TR in TRUST. Reverse: Vertical die gouge inside the upper opening of the R in AMERICA. Weak lower ES in STATES.
