D/D South Die Markers: Obverse: Die gouge above the T in LIBERTY. Light die gouge above jacket fold directly above V in VDB. Die gouge under left side of N in IN. Multiple die gouges near rim above IN GOD WE. Die gouge in vest at level of base of 9. Die gouge in field at level of Lincoln’s eye. Die gouge right of upper T in TRUST. Reverse: Die gouge left of U in UNITED. Die gouge right of lower D in UNITED.
