1989-D Repunched Mintmark WRPM-010

Description

D/D Tilted Die Markers: Obverse: Stage A: Series of SE die scratches from the lower area of the 19 of the date to the lower vest, left side and upper left of the mintmark. Stage B: Die scratches worn away. Prominent die deterioration lines above 89 in the date. Reverse: Stage A: None noted (coin showed bubbles limiting evaluation). Stage B: Small die gouge right of upper serif of first S in STATES.
