Description
D/D Tilted Die Markers: Obverse: Stage A: A short, thick die scratch runs south from the rim between the S and second T of TRUST. Die scratch above the I and B in LIBERTY. Die gouges show under and inside lower opening of the B of LIBERTY. Stage B: All Stage A markers still visible. Reverse: Stage A: Die gouge left of T in CENT. Die gouge above right memorial base. Stage B: Die gouge left of T in CENT and die gouge above right memorial base still visible. Short N by E/S by W die gouge between the rim and the left leg of the N of CENT. Die gouge right of lower N in ONE. A die gouge runs south from beneath the middle crossbar of the E in AMERICA.
