Moderate Class II doubling toward the rim most evident on lower portions of IGWT. Slight doubling on serif of 1 and loop of 9. Stronger doubling seen on horizontal bars of 77.Die Markers: Obverse: Closed S with slight CW tilt. Die scratch just east of the end of the middle horizontal bar of the E in LIBERTY running due north. Prominent die gouge just NW of the I in IN. Reverse: None noted.
