Exhibits moderate Class II doubling on IGWT, date, and LIBERTY.Die Markers: Obverse: Die gouge directly south of the I in IN on the rim. Short but distinct die scratch directly west of the vertical bar of the T in LIBERTY. Small die gouge within the upper left portion of the letter U in TRUST.
