Exhibits moderate Class II doubling on IGWT, date, and LIBERTY.Die Markers: Obverse: Faint die scratch extending NE from the lower right portion of the I in IN. Faint die scratch parallel and just west of the 2nd 7 of the date. Die gouge on the middle right horizontal bar of the letter B of LIBERTY.
