Exhibits very close Class II doubling on IGWT, date, and LIBERTY.Die Markers: Obverse: Die gouge southwest of the I in IN on the rim. Die scratch just east of the end of the middle horizontal bar of the E in LIBERTY running due north. Prominent die gouge just NW of the I in IN.
