Doubling shows below the horizontal bar of the L in LIBERTY and above the horizontal bar of the 7 in the date. Die Markers: Obverse: A die scratch runs from SW to NE inside the upper 9. A short die scratch runs from WNW to ESE to the left of the top of the 1. Reverse: A die scratch runs SSW from the upper I in AMERICA.
