Description

A Class I CCW spread shows on IGWT, LIBERTY, and the date. Die Markers: Obverse: A die gouge (dot) can be found south of the left side of the E in LIBERTY. Reverse: A light, horizontal die scratch can be found just above the right end of the Memorial roof.
