Displaying doubling below the L in LIBERTY and above the 7 in the date, WDDO-013 on the 1970 Lincoln Memorial cent is distinguished by extensive die markers including die gouge dots — small, discrete raised bumps on struck specimens corresponding to individual point-source damage in the die steel.
