Description

Doubling shows below the horizontal bar of the 7 and below the top of the 0 in the date. Die Markers: Obverse: A die scratch extends from the rim between WE and TRUST. A die scratch runs from NNW to SSE between the lower T and R in TRUST. Reverse: A die scratch runs from SW to NE on the right Memorial base below the 11th column. A die scratch runs SE from the top right of the T in CENT.
