Class I, Rotated Hub DoublingA strong CCW spread shows on LIBERTY, the star, the date, IN GOD WE TRUST and the designers initials. The spread is very similar to that of 1968-S Pr WDDO-005 and 1968-S Pr WDDO-011. Die Markers: Obverse: Horizontal die scratch between T and Y of LIBERTY near rim. Reverse: Two horizontal die gouges near rim above first U of PLURIBUS.
