1959-D Repunched Mintmark RPM-015

Description

RPM-015 on the 1959-D Lincoln Memorial Cent is cataloged under die UVC-629 / DMR-024. The repunching is D/D Northeast — secondary D displaced northeast of the primary. Stage B (MDS) shows light crisscross die scratches in front of Lincoln's face. By Stage C (LDS) those scratches are nearly worn away; their progressive erasure provides a reliable die-state indicator.
