Description
A strong spread to the east shows on the eagle’s talons, the lower leg feathers, the upper arrowhead, and the upper leaves of the wreath. Die Markers: Obverse: A die scratch runs E/W below the LI in LIBERTY. Reverse: A short die gouge runs west from the bottom of the leave to the right center of the wreath.
