Description
A very strong CCW spread on EPU, flame, most elements of the left side branch, left lower torch holder and most elements of the right side branch. Die Markers: Obverse: Die chip above the nostril. Reverse: Short die scratch south from the bottom right of the first S in STATES. Die scratch from the right upper side of the mintmark east to the torch holder.
