Description

D/D Tilted (Rotated) Die Markers: Obverse: A die crack runs down the 9 in the date. Die cracks on the forehead form a triangle. A die crack runs E/W through the hair on the upper head. Reverse: The reverse is a doubled die listed in the Wexler Doubled Die files as 1950-D 1¢ WDDR-001. Doubling shows on the entire right wheat stalk. Die scratch runs N/S in the field to the right edge of the T of CENT. A die scratch runs NE from the lower inside of the C in CENT. Obverse:
