Description
Two extra eyelids can be found below the normal eyelid. Die Markers: Obverse: A die scratch runs from north to south below the front of the chin. Numerous rotational die scratches can be found throughout the obverse. Reverse: A die scratch twists SW from the bottom of the 2nd T in STATES through the C in AMERICA. Other die scratches can be found throughout the reverse. Obverse:
