The 1947-D Doubled Die Reverse DDR-001 is a doubled die reverse (DDR) variety, where die hubbing misalignment produced visible doubling on the reverse design. This variety was discovered on the 1947 (D) Lincoln Wheat Cent, part of the Lincoln Wheat Cents 1909-1958 series. Die markers: UVC-1757 DMR-011 Stage A: Die scratches under LUR of PLURIBUS – EMDS Obverse is EMDS Stage B: MDS (unconfirmed) Stage C: LDS (unconfirmed).
