Description
Strong second hubbing to the NNW shows on the right shoulder drapery, leaves, branches, sunrays and left center of the gown. Die Markers: Obverse: Series of mostly NNW/SSE doe scratches through IGWT. Series of NE/SW die scratches on either side of the Y in LIBERTY. Heavy die scratch SW from the left center of the R in LIBERTY into the leaves. Reverse: Long and light X-shaped die scratch below the eagle's beak.
