Exhibiting medium spread on QUARTER, the left leaves, and the branch on the reverse of a 1945-S Washington Silver Quarter, DDR-005 carries VarietyVista codes UVC-0581 and DMR-013. Three die states reveal the die's working history: Stage A remains unconfirmed at EDS, Stage B documents light north-south die scratches on both reverse and obverse at MDS, and Stage C remains unconfirmed at LDS. The MDS die scratches provide secondary attribution markers that develop as the die surface deteriorates during extended use.
