This localized effect on RTY indicates the hub offset vector produced its maximum displacement in the region of the die corresponding to the right portion of LIBERTY, while the LIB letters to the left fell below the visibility threshold for the same displacement event. Three documented die stages trace this die's service life: Stage A represents the early die state (unconfirmed); Stage B is the mid-die state characterized by a die crack running across the upper hair to the rim through the T of LIBERTY, with the reverse showing late-mid die state characteristics; Stage C represents the late die state (unconfirmed).
