This variety was discovered on the 1944 (P) Jefferson Nickel - Wartime Silver Alloy, part of the Jefferson Nickels Original Design 1938-2003 series. Die markers: UVC-533 DMR-031 Stage A: EDS (unconfirmed) Stage B: Reverse is MDS Die clash through knot – MDS Stage C: LDS (unconfirmed). P/P North.
