A Class II spread towards the center shows on USA, the leaves above the mint mark, the top of the axe and fasces, and the leaves below OF. Die Markers: Obverse: A short die gouge protrudes from the bottom right of the L in LIBERTY. Reverse: The reverse has the RPM variety listed in the Wexler RPM Files as 1940-D 10¢ WRPM-001, a D/D North. A short, vertical die gouge can be found above the N in ONE. Obverse:
