D/D/D Tilted (Rotated) & Tilted (Rotated) Die Markers: Obverse: Die scratches west from the left side of the W in WE. NE/SW die scratch at the right lower side of the E in WE. Reverse: Die scratches NW from the top of the mintmark. Irregular die scratch pattern above the left side of the building. NE/SW die scratch at the upper inside of the S in CENTS.
