NW/SE die scratches right of WE. Strong NW/SE die scratches through the L in LIBERTY. Strong E/W die scratches between the B and E in LIBERTY. Strong NW/SE scratches through the Y in LIBERTY Reverse: Light E/W die scratches through the S in PLURIBUS. NE/SW die scratches through the P in PLURIBUS.
