A close spread towards the center shows on the lower part of the top of the 9.Die Markers: Obverse: Several die scratches curve NE from the upper right 6. A die scratch runs SE from the top of the 6. Reverse: A die scratch runs ENE from the lower E in STATES.Submitted By: Joe FeldCross References: None known Obverse: Several die scratches run west to east inside the lower B in LIBERTY. Several short die scratches run west from the upper left of the 3. Reverse: A die scratch curves NNW from the left leaf below the arrowheads to the arrowheads. A rough pitted area can be found between the D in UNITED and the S in STATES.
