Date slanted with 1 closer to rim than last 0 and in normal lateral position. Collar clash of reeding on rim above RIBUS. ;Emission Sequence :Obverse: :Reverse: Comments: This obverse is shared with [[1900-P VAM-38. The collar clash of reeding on rim above RIBUS is show on full coin shot below. However, the VAM-38 page shows an additional collar clash segment at 9:00. The one full coin shot here appears to have a die alignment issue that could be pushing the 9:00 collar clash off the coin.
