=1889-S VAM-12 Doubled 9 Inside Loop, Far Date, S/S Middle= Discovered January 2006 by John Baumgart 12 III29 · C3d (Doubled 9 Inside Loop, Far Date, S/S Middle) (187) Obverse III29– 9 doubled at bottom inside of upper loop as a curved line. Date set further right than normal. Slightly doubled profile including nose, lips, chin and upper neck. Reverse C3d - Mint mark repunched with original showing as a curved horizontal line within middle of upper loop opening.
