''Die marker'' - Polishing lines in LIBERTY's ear. Reverse C3b - IV mint mark centered and tilted left. ''Die marker'' - Polishing lines inside wreath bow. DPIS - ;Emission Sequence :Obverse: :Reverse: Comments: # Reverse can be machine doubled (strike doubling) on virtually every letter. (RonH) # The beard on the eagle's neck does show on the VAM-14, but just barely as shown in 1st set of LFCP's. It dissipates in time as shown in the 2nd set.
