Description
1881-O VAM-5 O/O Right, Doubled 1 Discovered by Tom DeLorey, April 1974. This coin is a Hit List 40 Morgan VAM. 5 III2 3 - C3c (O/O Right, Doubled 1) (176) Obverse III2 3- Last 1 doubled at top and on lower right side of shaft. Reverse C3c- Mint mark doubled on right inside with a shallow thin diagonal gouge two-thirds the way up in the opening. Emission Sequence Obverse: Reverse: Comments: The obverse shows an over-polished designer initial and the reverse right wreath leaves are separated from the branch.
