1974 (D) Eisenhower Dollar - Atypical Die Clash ADC-100c-1974D-01

Description

ADC-100c-1974D-01 is an atypical die clash on a 1974-D Eisenhower dollar, cataloged by Mad Die Clashes. The obverse die shows the U of UNUM clashed just right of the E in WE, and the matching reverse mark is a line made by Ike's lower jaw and throat, running through the globe and under the first U of UNUM. MDC notes that this pair alone would not make the clash atypical; what does is the three separate clash events visible above and through DOLLAR.
