Description
2018 WDDO-011 is a doubled die obverse on the 2018 Lincoln Shield cent, cataloged by the Wexler team. LIBERTY shows sloped extra thickness; the date shows no doubling. On the obverse, one chip lies below the G of GOD on its left side, and another lies well below the N of IN. On the reverse, a scratch passes through the bottom right of the E in STATES, and a vertical chip shows beneath the right side of the crossbar of the second T in STATES. Steve Young submitted the variety. Wexler lists no cross-references.
