2016 (P) Roosevelt Dime - Doubled Die Reverse WDDR-007

Description

2016-P WDDR-007 is a doubled die reverse on the 2016-P Roosevelt dime, cataloged by the Wexler team. The doubling is on the center olive leaf above the RIB of PLURIBUS, along its upper right side. On the obverse, a small die chip lies just right of the back of the lips, another small chip is ESE of the bottom of the nose, and chips sit on the bottom of the nose. On the reverse, chips are on the oak branch above (north of) the UN of UNUM; a large die break lies just below the bottom bands, with another at the bottom of the fasces; and a chip is in the upper left flames. Allen Darrow submitted the variety. Wexler lists no cross-references.
