Description
2016-P KY WDDR-018 is a doubled die reverse on the 2016-P Cumberland Gap National Historical Park quarter (Kentucky) in the America the Beautiful series, cataloged by the Wexler team. The frontiersman's coat is doubled left of his upper right arm, at the point where the hill in the background meets that arm. On the obverse, a large gouge lies in AMERICA's C. On the reverse, two gouges sit far under WEST's ES, and several small gouges lie left of the T in TO. Blair Cutler submitted the variety. Wexler lists no cross-references.
