Error
Description
Very slight doubling shows on the fringe of the frontiersman’s coat just to the left of the upper right arm. Die Markers: Obverse: Light feeder finger scrapes below the ear and above the Y in LIBERTY. Large die gouge below the left side of the R in LIBERTY. Large die gouge right of the D in UNITED. Die gouge left of the last A in AMERICA. Die gouge near the rim below the left side of the Q in QUARTER. Small die gouge near the bust above the right side of the T in QUARTER. Die gouge below the O in DOLLAR. Reverse: Die crack along the frontiersman's left shoulder and sleeve. Curved NE/SW die scratch connects the T in WEST and the E in THE. Die gouge touches the bottom of the last O in DOORWAY. Die gouge touches the hill in the background below the right side of the W in WE.
