Carrying the Wexler designation 2015-P 25¢ NE WDDO-001, this is a cataloged doubled die obverse for the 2015 Homestead National Park quarter from the America the Beautiful series, struck at the Philadelphia Mint. The America the Beautiful Quarters 2010-2021 program featured five unique reverse designs annually through 2020 (one in 2021), each honoring a national park or site, with the Homestead quarter commemorating the Homestead National Monument of America in Nebraska. The coin was struck in copper-nickel clad composition (91.67% copper, 8.33% nickel), weighing 5.67 grams with a 24.26 mm diameter and a reeded edge.
