Description

Very strong trails are seen coming off of the flame tips. Lighter trails are seen from the olive leaves and bottom of the ES of STATES. (Marked with black arrows) DIE MARKERS : A deep die scratch/gouge runs through the upper part of ATES. (Marked with blue arrows.) The Obverse die is slightly misaligned.
